Employers have a legal duty to protect their employees from being harassed or bullied. Harassment & bullying in the workplace is an issue that can cause severe distress both to individuals and teams. It can also adversely affect key performance indicators, such as absence levels, turnover, productivity, quality etc. It is vitally important that managerial / supervisory staff are able to identify when harassment & bullying is taking place, and how to deal with such issues.
