Conducting Effective Appraisals

An appraisal is an important part of the performance management cycle, and conducting an effective appraisal is a difficult skill to learn. The potential benefits of ‘getting it right’ are substantial, just as the potential harm caused, of ‘getting it wrong’ is substantial also. It is imperative that appraisals are used in the right way for the right reasons. This course focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of undertaking an appraisal. All people who appraise others will benefit from attending this training course.
