Effective Discipline

On the occasions where employees are subject to disciplinary proceedings, employers must ensure that any such procedures are robust, fair, objective, and fall within the framework of current employment law. This training course focuses on the practical aspects and application of disciplinary action, through the various stages i.e. informal, verbal, written, final written, to dismissal. It is vital that all who are involved in applying any stage of the disciplinary process, has an up-to-date knowledge of how the process must be applied, in order to limit any potential organisational liability such as employment tribunals / litigation.
