Part of the Management / Supervisory process is whenever necessary, to conduct effective investigations to enable conclusions to be reached and decisions taken regarding employee absence, conduct and capability issues. Current employment law demands that all investigations are thorough, fair, balanced and objective in their nature. This training course specifically addresses these issues.
