In today’s workplace, employment law is more prominent than ever before, in all aspects of the employment relationship. Employers, and particularly people with Managerial / Supervisory responsibility for others, are obligated to ensure that employees are managed within the current framework of employment law. This course will provide for a greater understanding of the principles of employment law, and how they relate to the workplace. All people with Managerial / Supervisory responsibility for other people will benefit from attending this course
