Recognising & Managing Stress

Stress is one of the main reasons for employee absence from work. Therefore, it is imperative that people with managerial / supervisory responsibility for others are suitably trained in understanding what stress actually is, how to recognise stress, and how to manage it appropriately. They must also be fully aware of their obligations and responsibilities from a welfare and Health & Safety perspective. All people who have managerial / supervisory responsibility for others will benefit from attending this training course

By the end of this course trainees will be able to:
