People Skills Training For Line Managers & Supervisors

Managing Probationary & Temporary Workers

Many employers are tending to increasingly use probationary periods as a means of evaluating newly recruited employees. Also, many employers are increasingly using temporary workers, as a means to be as cost effective as possible. These two concepts have potentially vital consequences for business efficiency. It is imperative that both newly recruited employees and temporary workers are managed / supervised in such a way, that they are given every opportunity to succeed in their role. If employees are not managed / supervised effectively, the ongoing cost to the business can be substantial. This training course focuses on the obligations on the Line Manager / Supervisor when managing / supervising employees, and the practical aspects of ensuring that both probationary and temporary workers contribute fully to the objectives of the organisation. All who manage / supervise probationary, or temporary workers, will benefit from attending this training course.
