The Supervisory function demands that all Managers and Supervisors must have a clear understanding of the principles relating to time-management, and they must also be able to demonstrate this in terms of organising and prioritising skills. Managers and Supervisors who are organised and able to prioritise their daily workload, are more efficient and effective. All people who have managerial / supervisory responsibility for others will benefit from attending this training course
